Mona Mistry is a Graduate of Psychology & Human Development. She is also a diploma holder in Clinical & Health Nutrition science. She is an active Passion driven Health & Fitness Coach & Lifestyle Management Specialist for 18 years now. She has had intensive application-based knowledge & has been certified in the various field of Fitness Personal Training, Functional Training, Mat Pilates, kettlebell training, Sports Nutrition & Clinical dietetics. Apart from being a Fitness Functional coach, she also has an intensive study in Therapeutic Yoga. She has done her certified RY 200 TTC from Rehab Yoga, also been certified in Posture Alignment & Injury Rehab Prevention of Neck, shoulder, lower back & Knee. She also specialises in Ayurveda Nutrition.
She believes in having an active injury free healthy lifestyle & applies the same in her fitness with her clients. She prefers giving her clients a holistic health approach & hence she strives to keep herself updated with the latest knowledge & spreads awareness in the field of Health & Fitness around her. She has been actively delivering group fitness & Yoga classes & 1:1 Personal Training for 18 years. Counselling, guiding, Mentoring, training & maintaining lifestyle meal plans has been her forte.
She has always been promoting & spreading awareness regarding the Benefits of good health n Nutrition, Prevention & correction of Muscle Imbalance, Posture Alignment & Injury Rehabilitation, through her Training, & her Humour & health channel YouTube videos. She has given multiple Nutrition & Yoga Training Sessions in various NGOs & schools. She has also taken multiple interactive corporate Training Programs & has organised many Health & Nutrition workshops for kids & elderly.
Now a MASTER TRAINER & an EDUCATOR, Mona attempts to spread her acquired knowledge far n wide to the masses & Uplift n empower them to lead a healthy & blissful life.
