“Yoga has been a part of my life for over 4 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.
Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I completed my 300 hours Teachers Training from a traditional Yoga school, Ghantali Mitra Mandal which is based on teachings suggested by Bihar School of Yoga and also pursuing 2 Years Masters in Yoga Shastra (Currently in my last semester). Apart from the above I am also a Certified Posture and Alignment Specialist from Rehab Yoga which helped me understand Posture biomechanics while doing Yoga Asanas and learn unique Yoga Asana Alignment to prevent injuries. I am also a regular Kalaripayattu practitioner. Just to flaunt my academics more I also hold a Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. In my classes, I love to combine creativity, playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I also emphasize on Corrective movements in Yoga poses and I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.”
